Prequalification Process for the Life Sciences Public Health Laboratory

*All 2nd Tier subcontractors and suppliers are not required to submit prequalification information.

Prime/Tier-1 Contractors will be selected to participate in the prequalification process from the businesses submitting the Contractor Interest Form. Prime/Tier 1 contractors will be required to be prequalified to submit a proposal.
